HISTORY
J&B Sales
Co., began June 1, 1963 and was incorporated in June 1965. William
E. Seginski is the original surviving partner and majority owner
of the company. J&B Sales Co. covers the commercial and industrial
market in Arizona for the companies it represents. Emphasis since
1972 has been focused in serving the Arizona Industry as a specialist
in Heat Transfer, Pumping, Boilers, Piping and related systems.
J&B Sales Co. is a licensed and bonded contractor in Arizona
(L 74 License, Boilers, Steam fitting and Process Piping No. 071430-002
and K 05 License, Hydronic Heating & Cooling No.164364.)

Sales Co. functions as a stocking manufacturer’s representative
and currently represents various manufacturers in the sale of
heating, cooling, plumbing, and industrial products in the state
of Arizona. These sales are achieved through an aggressive marketing
strategy directed at (5) five customer types; Mechanical Contractors,
Plumbing Contractors, Plumbing & Heating Wholesalers, Industrial
Users, and Institutional Users. . J&B Sales Co. employees
are members of ASME, ASHRAE, ASPE, ACCA, APMRA and the Arizona
State Boiler Inspectors. We are proud of our combined 300 plus
years of experience in our chosen industry.

Sales Co. is one of the most respected and professional representative
firms in the state of Arizona. We are recognized as one of Arizona’s
original representative sales organization with over 43 years
of service to the Arizona HVAC and industrial markets. The growth
of the Company is achieved by aggressive sales and service to
our customers before and after the point of sale. Continued growth
and profitability is achieved by the leadership in the services
we provide to our customers, leadership in technical assistance
to the industries, leadership in training our staff as well as
our engineering and contracting community.
